What are some books that I can read on the Battle of Stalingrad, and how did it affect Germany?

History of the Second World War by B. H. Liddell Hart

The German Generals Talk by B. H. Liddell Hart - an interview with the German Generals shortly after the end of WWII. Liddell Hart was well known to them.

The UK version of the book is named The Other Side of the Hill

The Second World War: An Illustrated History by John Keegan

Lost Victories by Field Marshal Eric von Manstein

These all cover the Battle of Stalingrad in one or more chapters. Manstein, who commanded the break out attempt, is particularly relevant.
